How to Register for the Symposium:

• ON-LINE REGISTRATION

On-line registration is the only means of registering.

All persons registering on-line by June 10, 2007 will receive an immediate acknowledgement of registration by email.

• The last day to register On-line is June 10, 2007

After this date participants will have to register on-site in Berlin.

• Methods of Payment

The registration fees may be paid on-line in one of the following ways:

Please enter the credit card Number, Security code and expire date on the on-line Registration form.The on-line system is certified through “Entrust” with “SSL” (128 bit). If the credit card charge is successful you will be promptly notified by receiving email messages both by the bank (Banca Sella) and Symposium on line system. Please print the notifications.

Participants must fax to Biomarkers 2007 - Fondazione Giovanni Lorenzini (+39 02 29063568):
- a copy of the confirmation of the bank transfer           
(Please make sure that you instruct your bank to guarantee payment for the full fee(s) and to indicate the delegate's full name and company (if any) followed by /Biomarkers 2007)
- full contact details (name, affiliation, postal address, phone, fax, e-mail) of each of the attendee(s)

If a Company pays on your behalf through bank transfer or credit card, please ask the Company to clearly indicate your name, your postal address, (not the Company address), and your email address in the section "Personal Details" and the correct data concerning the payer in the "Invoice address" section in the on-line registration form.

For Italian Participants only
All the Italian participants with IVA number must indicate such a number (and its corresponding address) on the on-line registration form (DPR 633/72). The regular invoice of the registration will be sent only to those who have indicated the fiscal code and/or the IVA number (compulsory if available) of the actual payer.

Privacy Law
Personal data will be handled exclusively by Fondazione Giovanni Lorenzini Medical Science Foundation according to the Italian Law 675/96 and law decree 196/2003.

Registration Cancellation
Written notice of cancellation must be sent to Newtours (biomarkers07@newtours.it) no later than May 15, 2007. If cancellation notice  is received by this date, the registration fee will be refunded, less 30% for administrative charges. Refunds will be made after the Symposium. Cancellations received after May 15, 2007 will not be refunded: however, these registrants will receive their Symposium scientific material by mail after the meeting.
 

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Symposium.
