HOTEL BOOKING
The deadline for hotel reservation is: April 30, 2007. No room reservation can be guaranteed if received
after April 30, 2007.
Room Cancellation
For cancellations before May 4, 2007, the deposit will be refunded less 30% deduction for administrative
charges. Cancellations received after May 4, 2007 will not entitle to any refund. Agency fee will not be refunded.
